Supplemental Environmental Assesment (SEA) for Replacement Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton

A Supplemental Environmental Assestment (SEA), supporting the contstruction of the new Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton has been released by the Naval Facilities and Engineering Command, Southwest.
This document analyzes the impacts of including an alternate (secondary) electrical power supply to the hospital, as well as a helicopter pad to support emergency transports from the site.
These two elements were not included in the 2010 Environmental Assesment, so they are being captured in a supplemental document now.
