Responsibilities:
  1. Provide personalized attention to patients with concerns, suggestions, and compliments.
  2. Prepare correspondence including letters of appreciation and Congressional responses.
  3. Facilitate the command's Customer Relations training program.
  4. Liaison with department Customer Relations representatives.
  5. Provide timely Customer Service satisfaction survey feedback.
