Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized attention to patients with concerns, suggestions, and compliments.
- Prepare correspondence including letters of appreciation and Congressional responses.
- Facilitate the command's Customer Relations training program.
- Liaison with department Customer Relations representatives.
- Provide timely Customer Service satisfaction survey feedback.
