Do you have a concern about safety or the quality of care you received? Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, an organization accredited by The Joint Commission, wants to know about it.
The Joint Commission encourages you to bring your concerns to the attention of your health care organization's leaders, which will often lead to more immediate resolution of the matter. If after giving the organization sufficient time, this does not lead to a resolution, you may take your concerns to the Joint Commission for review.
Matters concerning billing, insurance, payment disputes, and individual personnel labor relations issues are not within The Joint Commission's scope.
